Light exercise is essential for pregnant women, and moderate exercise can help reduce fatigue. A brisk 20-minute walk each day can help improve energy levels and improve overall health.

Pregnant women must rely on support to cope with pregnancy fatigue. Engage family and friends, or seek support from a counselor, doctor or midwife, and communicate your needs.
